Phero Constructs / Per Gollubits (“us”, “we”) provides apps, games and related services that can be used alone, or with friends. At Phero Constructs, we are committed to protecting and respecting Users’ (“you”, “your”) privacy, in line with data protection laws. In this document, we explain what information we collect, how and when we use it, how and when we share it, where we store it and the security practices we use to look after it. The company responsible for your privacy is Phero Constructs (for the purpose of the Federal Data Protection Act, the data controller is Phero Constructs).
Game related user data By downloading our game, you allow us to collect and use your gaming related player data (e.g. player name/ID, level, results, achievements, rewards) for staging the game; in other words, to offer you a safe, smooth, efficient and customized gaming experience. We will use this gaming related player data for technical and communicative setup, and for our apps / games to be further developed. We do not collect any personal data about you, i.e. we don’t collect or store any personal information that would allow us to identify you as an individual. We care about offering you a fun gaming experience and for this, we require no personal data to be disclosed.
Our websites Every time you access our websites, that communication automatically generates data (system log files). We do this to obtain technical and statistical information for rectifying faults or improving the website, or for doing research and analysis. This data cannot link to a particular user. Our websites also use “cookies” (session IDs) which can be saved temporarily or permanently on your computer by the browser. You are free to decide whether to let your browser use cookies: all browser programs allow cookies to be deactivated or deleted.
Sharing your information We do not sell, rent or give your data to third parties, with the following exceptions: (1) If we need to in order to provide a product or service you have requested, (2) If you have explicitly given us permission to do so, (3) If we are responding to a court order, or legal process; if we have to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities; or if we are acquired by or merged with another company. (In this case, we will notify you before any information is shared and becomes subject to a different privacy policy).
Storing your information and our security practices We will only store your information as long as it is necessary for us to make our game(s) available to you. This means that if you choose to remove our game from your phone, essential data will be blocked for an appropriate processing period, and any optional information other than that will be erased. We use standard security practices, including strong passwords and physical security measures, to protect Phero Constructs servers and system access from from unauthorized access and disclosure. While we follow industry best-practices for system security, we cannot be held responsible for any security incidents beyond our control.
Our third party service providers To improve the Phero Constructs services, we may appoint responsible third party service providers (e.g. for operating technical platforms, for marketing purposes, or similar). In line with EU data protection provisions, Phero Constructs remains the data controller for any user data. We use Adjust for attribution analytics. In connection with these services, we may collect, process and use certain non-personal data from the users of these mobile apps, as further described hereafter: Anonymized (hashed) IP address, Anonymous identifiers such as the ID for Advertising for iOS (IDFA), Google Advertising ID or similar identifiers, Installation and first opening of an app on your mobile device, User interactions within an app (e.g. in-app purchases, registration), Information regarding which advertisements the user has seen or clicked on. Adjust does not combine the collected non-personal data with any other data that would enable Adjust to personally identify the user. („Google“), which will, on our behalf, use the information gathered through “cookies” to analyse the use of our websites. This information is not linked with individual users. Facebook plugins We offer you the possibility to share your game results with others through Facebook (Facebook Inc). You also have the possibility to “Like” and interact with Phero Constructs pages on the Facebook platform. These feature are offered through the services that comprise the Facebook Social Plugins. These plugins and their features can be viewed at http://developers.facebook.com/plugins. If you do not want any information to be transferred to Facebook, please do not use the Facebook plugins. Changes to this privacy policy Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by appropriate means. The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of our game(s) and/or the related services. No changes of the privacy policy that enhances our use of your personal information will become valid without your approval. However, lacking such approval, your use of the Services may be limited.
